7 Transformation Truths
Romans 12:2 (NKJV) And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
7 TRANSFORMATION TRUTHS
Transformation is not a quick-fix solution to all of life’s problems, but instead learning to walk in the Spirit by applying these seven truths from the Word of God. Thousands of people have been healed and restored through this ministry.
FORGIVENESS
Forgiveness is the foundational truth of Christianity and the most misunderstood aspect of its application. The act of forgiveness is accomplished the moment you ask for it, but many people think you have to keep asking until it is forgotten. The event may never be forgotten, but through the Transformation Ministry, you learn that dealing with your emotional hurts and wounds is when you experience the freedom God has for each of us. You will no longer feel the hurts associated with the event or person you have forgiven.
SOUL TIES
Soul ties form when individuals experience physical contact, such as hearing, seeing, or touching each other in ways that meet their emotional needs. Soul ties join together your mind, will, and emotions with someone else’s soul. It has been documented that when using the computer, some people become very graphic in their use of photos and words before they meet. Because of the prior communication, when they do meet, they consummate everything previously communicated. Even if they don’t meet, soul ties have already formed. We have found that this is happening at a rapid rate with younger children and teenagers. The major problem is centered on sexual immorality. Over the years of ministering to those who have been set free from soul ties, we have observed an increase in their prevalence.
INIQUITIES
Iniquity is an area of weakness that opens people up to sin and is passed down from the father at conception. This truth was not discovered for a long time and is often overlooked during deliverance. It is not a fault but rather a behavior that is challenging to overcome. The freedom comes when you understand that the behaviors that are difficult to change are rooted in your ancestors. Breaking iniquities is similar to repentance in that it involves dying to the old self and becoming a new person. The weaknesses that our forefathers passed down to us are sin, and we must acknowledge them as such to be free from their influence and no longer be governed by them as a behavior. Over the years, we have noticed an increase in issues such as ADD, ADHD, ANGER, and SEXUAL IMMORALITY.
LEARNED BEHAVIORS
Most learned behaviors come from mothers or caretakers. We have also discovered that, as blended families are forming at a rapid rate, children are learning behaviors from either of their stepparents. When people say they try very hard not to be like their parents but end up becoming like them anyway, they are often examining their parents' weaknesses and comparing themselves to them. As they continue to compare themselves to their parents, they recall their actions, and in doing so, they bring that thought to mind, which leads them to lean toward that tendency.
CURSES
Curses are often overlooked in our daily lives. In today’s society, people frequently fail to realize the importance of their words. People are fearful and competitive, which leads to negative speaking. When we come under a word curse, our lives become less productive, and we experience a reduction in our joy. Sometimes we may even experience depression because of the curses spoken over us. These curses can arise from jealousy within families, from individuals competing in the same business, or from being offended.
UNRIGHTEOUS JUDGMENTS
Unrighteous judgments often result from hurts and wounds within families. The words spoken conclusively, resulting in a judgment against someone, can happen to almost anyone at any point in life.
DELIVERANCE
The ministry of deliverance has been highly effective in providing immediate freedom from life's difficulties. However, we have found that freedom doesn’t always last unless people realize what they have been delivered from and are taught to walk in freedom.
After walking through the healing that the Holy Spirit brings through the seven truths, many times people will not need deliverance. That is because the truths bring freedom as they transform. We must understand that Christians cannot be possessed, but we have seen many set free from the temptation and influence of demons, and/or unclean spirits.
